STRATO CLEAN – TERMS OF SERVICE & PRIVACY POLICY
By downloading, accessing, or using the Strato Clean mobile application (“App”), you agree to these Terms of Service & Privacy Policy (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all users of the App, including residential customers and commercial customers. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the App.
1. Overview of the App and Services
The Strato Clean App provides tools that allow customers to request, schedule, manage, and receive exterior cleaning services. Services may include, but are not limited to, solar panel cleaning, roof soft washing, and window cleaning. Services may be provided to residential properties, commercial properties, institutional buildings, and multi-unit properties. Use of the App and services is subject to availability, weather conditions, access approval, safety considerations, and operational requirements.
2. User Accounts and Information
To use the App, users must provide accurate and complete information, including name, property address, phone number, and email address. This information is required to schedule services, communicate service updates, process payments, document completed work, and provide customer support. Users are responsible for ensuring that all account information remains accurate and current.
3. Privacy and Information Use
Strato Clean collects and stores limited personal and business information voluntarily provided by users. This information is used solely for operational purposes, including scheduling, communication, billing, service documentation, routing, and customer support. Strato Clean does not track real-time device location or monitor user activity beyond information voluntarily provided for service purposes. Strato Clean does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with third-party service providers only as necessary to operate the App, process payments, deliver notifications, provide mapping or routing, or host service documentation.
4. Communications and Notifications
The App uses electronic communications to provide service-related updates. Push notifications are the primary method used to notify users of scheduling updates, service windows, service completion, weather delays, and payment-related information. Users acknowledge that communications related to services may be delivered electronically and that it is their responsibility to review notifications in a timely manner.
5. Scheduling and Timeframes (General)
All service appointments are scheduled within estimated timeframes rather than exact arrival times. Time windows shown in the App are approximate and may change due to routing, weather, access conditions, safety considerations, or unforeseen delays. Strato Clean makes reasonable efforts to meet scheduled windows but does not guarantee exact arrival times.
6. Residential Services
Residential services are provided to single-family homes, townhomes, and similar residential properties. Most residential services do not require the homeowner to be present at the property during service. By scheduling a residential service, the customer confirms that Strato Clean has permission to access the applicable service areas of the property during the scheduled timeframe. Residential customers are responsible for ensuring pets are secured and service areas are accessible at the time of service.
7. Commercial and Institutional Services
Commercial services are provided to multi-unit buildings, office buildings, medical facilities, educational institutions, apartment complexes, and other non-residential properties. Commercial services may require coordination with property managers, facility managers, or authorized representatives. By scheduling or approving services through the App, the individual doing so represents that they are authorized to act on behalf of the property owner or organization. Commercial service schedules may be coordinated in advance and may be adjusted based on access requirements, tenant considerations, safety protocols, or operational needs.
8. Access and Presence
Unless otherwise specified, customers are not required to be present during service. By using the App to schedule services, customers grant Strato Clean permission to perform services at the designated property address during the scheduled timeframe. If special access instructions are required, it is the customer’s responsibility to communicate them in advance.
9. Weather and Unforeseen Conditions
Exterior cleaning services are impacted by weather and environmental conditions. Services may be delayed, rescheduled, or adjusted due to rain, wind, temperature, equipment limitations, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. Strato Clean reserves the right to reschedule services when conditions are not suitable for safe or effective service delivery. Notifications of changes will be provided when reasonably possible.
10. Scope of Services and Change Orders
Services are performed based on the service type, size, and condition selected at the time of booking. Actual conditions at the property may differ from those described or selected. If additional work is required beyond the original scope, Strato Clean may present a change order or revised service option. Additional services will not be performed without customer approval.
11. Service Limitations and Results
All exterior cleaning services are maintenance services. Results may vary depending on surface condition, environmental exposure, age of materials, and prior maintenance history. Strato Clean does not guarantee cosmetic perfection or complete removal of stains, discoloration, or organic growth in a single visit.
12. Proof of Service
Strato Clean may provide photos or videos documenting completed services. These materials are provided for confirmation purposes only and do not constitute a warranty or guarantee of specific results.
13. Payments and Billing
Certain services require payment in advance. Some services may offer installment or recurring payment options. Pricing and payment terms are displayed in the App prior to confirmation. Failure to complete required payments may result in delayed service, cancellation, or suspension of future services.
14. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Services may be rescheduled or canceled due to weather, access issues, safety considerations, operational needs, or customer requests. Reasonable efforts will be made to notify customers of changes.
15. Customer Support and Contact
Questions, concerns, or issues related to services should be directed to Strato Clean through the contact information provided in the App. Customer support is the primary channel for addressing service questions, billing inquiries, or scheduling concerns.
16. App Use and Conduct
Users agree to use the App for lawful purposes only and not to interfere with the operation of the App or services. Misuse of the App may result in restricted access or termination.
17. Third-Party Services
The App may integrate with third-party services for payments, notifications, mapping, routing, or media hosting. Strato Clean is not responsible for the operation of third-party services beyond their intended integration.
18. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the App, or services provided shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, except where eligible claims may be brought in small claims court. Arbitration will be conducted by a neutral arbitrator under the rules of a recognized arbitration organization. The arbitrator shall have authority to resolve disputes related to the interpretation or enforceability of these Terms. Claims must be brought in an individual capacity. Class actions, collective actions, representative actions, and private attorney general actions are not permitted. Each party waives the right to a jury trial.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Strato Clean shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the App or services provided. Strato Clean’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
20. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Strato Clean, its owners, employees, and contractors from claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App, failure to provide access, or violation of these Terms.
21. Changes to These Terms
Strato Clean may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
